Of course, for such events<\/strong> to work, they need to be prepared and organised thoroughly and in a meaningful way. For this, the first and most important step is to carry out a careful selection of the invited influencers<\/strong><\/em>, you will need people who really identify with your brand: with its values, with its products… with its essence. It will also be essential to be proactive before, during and after the event. The movements on social media<\/strong> should start before the event to generate expectation, be maintained during the event (publishing photos, videos, mentioning…) and after the event to leave a trace of everything experienced during the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Grupo WD<\/a><\/strong>i<\/strong><\/a> we know what it takes to organise an event of this kind. Last year we organised the launch of the “<\/strong><\/a>Enchantimals<\/strong>“<\/strong><\/a> dolls in Spain, for which we surrounded ourselves with a large number of bloggers<\/em><\/strong> and “mini influencers”<\/em><\/strong>, experts in toys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event took place on 18 September in the Magic Forest<\/strong><\/a>, a magical forest in keeping with the theme and the new Mattel dolls. Location was key to the event. The Magic Forest<\/strong>, one of the largest indoor playgrounds for children in Spain, is full of slides, mazes, games… it was the ideal location as our aim was to transport everyone (adults and children) to a fantastic world full of love, fun and adventure. During the event, our guests were able to enjoy numerous activities: themed make-up, gymkhanas, karaoke, games area… As well as, of course, a super personalised Enchantimals<\/strong>catering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To promote the event on social networks, the hashtag #holaenchantimals<\/strong><\/em><\/a> was created under which all attendees could share their videos, photos… Here is the vlog that “Playing with Aby”<\/strong><\/a> shared with all their followers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
