{"id":41746,"date":"2021-06-30T10:58:26","date_gmt":"2021-06-30T08:58:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupowdi.com\/2021\/06\/30\/point-of-sale-tastings-for-the-launch-of-sunbites\/"},"modified":"2021-09-08T12:08:41","modified_gmt":"2021-09-08T10:08:41","slug":"degustations-point-of-sale-launch-sunbites","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupowdi.com\/en\/2021\/06\/30\/degustations-point-of-sale-launch-sunbites\/","title":{"rendered":"POINT-OF-SALE TASTINGS FOR THE LAUNCH OF &#8220;SUNBITES&#8221;."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"p1 wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"s1\">Tastings, PepsiCo&#8217;s strategy for its new line of snacks. <\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Sunbites is a crunchy and delicious snack made from multigrain (oats, wheat and corn) with 30% less fat* (* vs. the average crisps and salty snacks on the market), which not only gives you a delicious taste but will also accompany you in your moments of relaxation.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">For its launch, <strong>PepsiCo<\/strong> wanted to rely on <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/grupowdi.com\/?lang=en\">Grupo <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/grupowdi.com\/?lang=en\">WDi<\/a><\/strong><\/a><\/strong> in order to make itself known to consumers. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">To this end, it was decided to carry out a series of tastings at different points of sale throughout Spain. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">As it was a new product, the first step was to get in touch with it and get to know the new brand in depth: to know its characteristics, what makes it different from the rest, what qualities we had to highlight, what its public expects, its lines of communication&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">After this first phase of research, it was concluded that an eye-catching and attractive <strong>point-of-sale activation<\/strong> had to be designed to attract new consumers. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">For this purpose, the design and production of different <strong>Sunbites<\/strong> <strong>POS elements<\/strong> was carried out: floor display, display trolley and counter. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">For our client, the most important objective was to convey to consumers that <strong>Sunbites<\/strong>, the new snack, is made from multigrain (oats, wheat and corn) and has 30% less fat* (* vs. the average potato crisps and salty snacks on the market). <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Thus, all the POS elements of the action were developed in wood in allusion to the naturalness of the product, which also makes them durable and resistant so that they can be used on more than one occasion. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Once all the <strong>POS elements<\/strong> had been designed, the action plan was developed to be present in <strong>31 points of sale<\/strong> throughout Spain belonging to different retailers: Eroski, El copete Ingl\u00e9s, Hipercor&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Once the materials arrived at the points of sale, it was time to coordinate the action with the <strong>promoters<\/strong>, who had to offer the product to consumers and inform them of its characteristics. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The result of this campaign was spectacular, many of the onlookers who came to our exhibition were delighted with both the decoration and the product, proof of this was that in many centres <strong>Sunbites<\/strong> were sold out of stock. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tastings, PepsiCo&#8217;s strategy for its new line of snacks.
