A good event as a basis for Bing strategies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At Grupo WDi we are very clear about the importance and benefits of holding large corporate events both internally and externally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These actions are an indispensable communication tool, which allows the company to communicate certain information, values or changes produced in the company, with the intention of generating an attitude and response in the public with whom we want to communicate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our team specialises in organising this type of event, putting all our effort and attention into making sure that all the details are taken care of. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The last success story we can highlight is the one designed for Bing<\/strong><\/a>, seeking an increase in investment from the tourism industry to boost the summer campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The experience consisted of a24 hour event<\/strong>, in which we had to coordinate a whole day with different activities for the guests to have a very rewarding experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our mission was to ensure that the guests were at ease, enjoyed themselves and soaked up the essence of Bing<\/strong> with a wonderful experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bing EMEA Travel Summit<\/strong> took place on 20 April in Barcelona. Guests were able to stay at the emblematic W Barcelona hotel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From there, a fleet of private cars (the “Bing Cars”) took them to the Moritz Factory, where the main part of the event took place: the welcome cocktail, talks and presentations, demonstrations, networking, guided tours…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the event, each guest was able to take home a “Memory kit”<\/strong><\/em> as a souvenir of the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This kit consisted of an objective lens for the mobile phone and a digital frame with usb, personalised with a photograph that each attendee had taken at the photocall of the Bing EMEA Travel Summit<\/strong><\/a>, when entering the factory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gastronomic experience<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To conclude the evening, attendees were able to enjoy an exclusive dinner at Xalet de Montju\u00efc<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the most characteristic restaurants in the city, known for its excellent Mediterranean cuisine and great views from its panoramic terrace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, to ensure that the dinner was to everyone’s liking, diners were given a choice of 4 special menus (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and special needs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All these factors ensured that the guests had a very pleasant day and experience and were able to understand all the services and advantages that Bing<\/strong> has to offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
